I’m Andrea G. Rockwood, certified Life Coach through the Center for Personal Reinvention and the Quantum Success Coaching Academy. I love helping people, especially moms, get unstuck so they can live the best life designed for them. I also love entertaining and having people over. I’ve learned a lot over the years and am currently writing a Hospitality Tips book and vlogging on YouTube. Some of my posts will be about hospitality. I’m also an essential oils enthusiast as I have been using oils and aromatherapy since 1996. I am an independent distributor for Young Living Essential Oils as they have most comprehensive list of essential oil blends for emotional work.

I currently reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex with my husband of 11 years, our daughters and two dogs. I am originally from Oklahoma and have an affinity for severe weather. If a genie gave me three wishes, one of them would be to clone Gary England. We are a family on the go with girls in gymnastics and dance that loves our community.

I am a Messianic Believer and I do come from a Biblical/Messianic worldview. I am not part of the Christian Coaching Community as my clients come from a variety of spiritual backgrounds. My coaching philosophy is that all my clients’ spiritual backgrounds are respected and I use comfortable language with them while staying true to my belief system. My clients know and appreciate this about me. My blog is for people of all backgrounds and disciplines. There may be subjects that I blog about, you don’t agree with, and that is okay. Take what you like and leave what you don’t.

My intention for this blog is to give you bits of information that can help you as you are working toward your goals and dreams. Again, if you like something you read, please take it, if you don’t, please leave it. I want you to leave feeling refreshed and uplifted.
