Hi, I’m Andrea G. Rockwood, Certified Life Coach, Hospitality Maven, and Essential Oil Enthusiast. I am a Texas transplant who has lived in the Metroplex since 2003. I have been married since 2004 to an amazing guy and we have two daughters who are 9 and 6. Our girls are involved in gymnastics and dance as well as being part time home schooled. 

I have a passion for helping women become the best versions of themselves they can be through coaching. I also have a passion for entertaining and hospitality passed down to me from my grandma Beulah. I also love using essential oils in every area of my life. 

I began this blog to give coaching and hospitality tips with drops of essential oils sprinkled in. My desire for this blog is to give you weekly tips regarding coaching and hospitality as both can help in life.
